Plastic products are widely use in our life,one time cutlery,thin wall packed box,water spoon,chair,stool,basket,crate,paint bucket,water cup,bumper,basin,etc.
Many of the plastic are produce by plastic injection molds and injection machine.
But not one time could produce the perfect goods,so we often have try mold running to discover the troubles,and solve it.
For example,we have just tried running the plastic flower pot mold.
But the first try running is in bad condition.
First of all,the inner side raw material have embedded in the mold core part, the reason is that the gold inside is too thin, the lighting is a little oblique.
Second,the flower pot was broken when it demould,take care of the mold running,we discover that there have a stripper plate,and the mold is air ejection,but when the stripper plate push a little out the air ejection have ejected.So it makes the flower pot break.
Third,the flower pot is not full.In the mid,we have change the gate to make more raw material into the mold.But still did not full. We have check the thickness and found that the two sides thickness have a little tolerance.
As there have this questions,we did not try again instead of thinking about the solves.
Another day,we have tried again.
This is time,we increase the pressure and raises the temperature, which makes the flow of raw material faster.And the flower pot is full.
