To making a good blade fan is not very easy.As balance and vibrate is very important.The mold maker have to proceed more than three times mold try running.
When we make over the molds,we will bake the plastic raw material before the try running.Why need to bake the raw material before try running–Plastic materials contain moisture, must be dried during production, otherwise the product has defects such as material flowers.In order to ensure the quality of products, plastic materials are generally to bake, but the drying time and temperature of each plastic material are different.

As our customer want to produce the blade fan as PC or SAN material ,so we tried as the SAN material at first.
When we use SAN,it is did not inject full blade fan at beginning,so we increased the temperature of screw.The blade fan color have been more transparent by macroscopic.Then the blade fan was demold by the full blade fan.As we are making by cold runner,there have gate rubish,the gate should break off when the material become cold,if the sample is already cold,then the gate rubish is hardly to break off.And we have made the test for the blade fan,it’s on vibration.
We have use the old idea to measurement the weight of each piece blade and found the solve way.

After mold amendmentwe are proceed the second time try running.
When we use the SAN as plastic material,we have produce the fan in SAN material and it did not vibrate.
Then we changed the PC and ABS material the sample have demold,but it is still on vibrate.

After meeting about the blade fan vibrate ,we decided to change the gate.And keep on using SAN material,the blade fan demold well,there is no vibrate and the gate is better than before.
